Applicants must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and assisting with a variety of maintenance and labour tasks as needed. This role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Ring Crew

Videographer

Warm Up Ring Crew

Warm-Up Crew Members are responsible for setting up warm-up jumps, moving equipment to accommodate tractor drags, and keeping arenas clear and well-maintained during use. The role requires team members to clear manure promptly, and stay alert in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be comfortable working around horses, physically able to move and lift equipment, and able to remain focused and safety-minded at all times.

Hospitality Team

This role plays an important part in delivering a polished, welcoming experience for riders, sponsors, and officials throughout the show season.

Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining hospitality areas, assisting with food and beverage service, keeping spaces clean and well-stocked, and providing attentive, professional service in a fast-paced event environment. Successful candidates are positive, detail-oriented, and able to work on their feet while representing tbird’s high standards of hospitality and guest experience.
